Store Policies
Before you order...
- All lamps are stained and/or varathane sealed and are intended for indoor use only
- Spinners/chimes/hangers are usually left in their natural state and are intended for outdoor use. It is recommended that these pieces be brought in over the winter months to prolong their life.
- As much as possible, the driftwood is used in its natural condition and, therefore, chips, cracks, etc. will be left "as is" as part of the piece's natural beauty.
- all other lamp components (ie. cords, sockets, shades) are purchased in new condition and are therefore CSA approved.
Placing a custom order...
- Custom pieces may be available. Best practice is to contact me directly and inquire if what you want can be done.
- If looking for a lamp - you can visit my workshop and select a piece of driftwood from my inventory or you can provide me with a piece of wood that you have collected yourself.
- a deposit of $100 will be collected at the time of the order to cover components, etc. that must be purchased. An estimate of the final cost will be provided prior to work begins. Full payment will be due upon completion.
- custom pieces are only available for LOCAL DELIVERY or PICKUP
Shipping Policy
How It Works...
Due to the nature of my creations, shipping is difficult to pre-determine online. You may arrange for free self-pickup or local (for a fee) delivery online at the time of your order.

If you require shipping, please contact me directly to arrange. A deposit of $100 will be collected at the time of the order. Actual cost will be based on size and weight and how many boxes will be required. Shipping costs are always the full responsibility of the buyer. I'll work with you to determine the best approach and give you a full quote. If the shipping is less than $100, a refund of the difference will be issued back to the original method of payment. If the shipping is more than $100, a further invoice for the difference will be issued. Shipment will not be made until payment, in full, is received. While encouraged, shipping insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. If available, a shipping date, tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be shared when the parcel is sent.

Lastly - at this time, I can only offer domestic (ie. within Canada) shipping. My apologies to any interested international shoppers.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works...
Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or refunds. If requesting shipping, insurance is HIGHLY recommended and the sole responsibility of the buyer.
