Store Policies

Before you order...

- All pieces are hand-made by me and, as such, can not be duplicated.  I can only create based upon what I have in stock and what I'm able to beachcomb and source once you place your order.

- I will do my best to accommodate specific requests but can not make any guarantees

- As much as possible, driftwood pieces are left natural and are, therefore, susceptible to weather conditions.  Each piece is described as being for inside or outside use in its description.  If you plan on using a outside piece outside, do not  leave it out during the wet, cold months.  Bringing it in for those months will greatly lengthen its life span.  

- Painted items are painted with latex paint and are not waterproof

- Lamps, plant hangers and other items that are described as "stained" and/or "varathaned" are sealed to protect the wood but are not recommended for outside use.

Once You Place An Order...

- Work on your project will begin as soon as possible once payment has been received in full.  I'll first confirm your order and clarify with you what you're looking for before work begins.  Once complete, a photo will be shared.

- Unless otherwise advertised, your project will be completed and ready for pickup/delivery within 7-10 days of your order being confirmed.  If, for any reason I can not make that guarantee, I'll let you know immediately and you will have the choice of receiving a full refund or waiting until the project is complete.

Shipping Policy

How It Works...

Due to the nature of my creations, shipping is difficult to pre-determine online.  You may arrange for free self-pickup or local (for a fee) delivery online at the time of your order. 

 

If you require shipping, please contact me directly to arrange.  Shipping costs are the full responsibility of the buyer. I'll work with you to determine the best approach and give you a full quote.  Shipment will not be made until payment, in full, is received.  While encouraged, shipping insurance is at the discretion of the buyer.  If available, a shipping date, tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be shared when the parcel is sent.  

Returns and Refunds

How It Works...

If a piece is damaged, you can return it to me and either (a) request a full refund of the item or (b) ask me to repair it and return it to you.  The item must be returned to request a refund.  You will be responsible for any/all shipping costs incurred.  You will have 30 days from the date of shipping/pickup to make any claims after which no returns or refund requests will be accepted.  Please note that not all pieces are intended for outside use.  If its an inside item and damage is caused by exposure to weather, no refunds or returns will be accepted even within the first 30 days.
